Taxes:  LoadTrax will even validate the taxes for any given load against the live data for your fuel management system helping to ensure liabilities are properly maintained and applied.  This is perfect for any organization that has different teams performing the different tasks.  By maintaining a list of liabilities within LoadTrax, new scenarios may be encountered that may not already be accounted for in your fuel management system if it's maintained by a different group.  This check and balance will ensure that the loads are stopped before they enter the fuel management platform and risk having incorrect, or insufficient liabilities applied to that load.  It gives you the opportunity for those in charge of maintaining the liabilities to make the requested changes and then the load will be released from the Tax Exception queue.
