iFlex is designed to provide a simple, yet powerful and flexible web based interface to all of your critical operating data. With iFlex, all of your digital assets can be web-enabled, putting actionable, timely, information in the hands of the relevant decision makers, when and where they need it.
Whether you use a standardized SQL based platform, a homegrown access database, even data that is currently trapped in your legacy systems or another ODBC data source, they can all be made available, anywhere, all the time through a single common interface.
At the core of iFlex is our modular web based reporting engine. This engine allows you to connect to nearly any live data source, and through a simple to use web based interface, query, save, email, chart, create alerts for, or export any data that you wish to mine.
This powerful Business Intelligence platform Includes a unique KPI Dashboard (Key Performance Indicator), Charting Workbench, and even allows the creation of unlimited Executive Dashboards. How it works
Queries—These are the core objects. Using our friendly interface, anyone is capable of creating basic to advanced custom queries without knowing ANYTHING about databases. Simply pick your fields, and enter your criteria. Each user can save their queries, or publish them as global queries for others to share. Date variables such as $MONTH$, $WEEK$, $TODAY$, and $NOW$ are supported so that your queries are always accurate and do not require you to edit them with new date ranges each time they are run.
KPI’s—By creating queries and assigning thresholds to the data you can create a powerful set of alerts that keep a continuous eye on your data. When thresholds are crossed, the KPI status will change color and can also trigger an email which includes the offending data as an Excel attachment. Don’t waste your time sifting through voluminous reports looking for problems. Let your problems come looking for you.
Schedules—Any saved query can be automatically emailed to you on the schedule you define as an Excel attachment.
Charts—Use the charting workbench to create a multitude of charts and visually analyze your queries. Save your charts, or publish them globally for others to share.
Dashboards—Users can create unlimited custom dashboards that contain any private or public charts and can be dragged and resized dynamically to create ANY conceivable view of the data.
